Responsibilities:
Conduct surface title research and review ownership records
Examine deeds, easements, liens, judgments, and other title documents
Prepare ownership reports and identify potential encumbrances
Verify legal descriptions and resolve title discrepancies
Coordinate with project teams, landowners, attorneys, and county offices
Maintain accurate project documentation and databases
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Title Agent, Landman, or ROW professional
Strong understanding of title research and courthouse records
Ability to interpret legal documents and property descriptions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with title and land management systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
