2-5 years' experience; Responsible for performing land and rights of way acquisition and permitting functions for new construction and operation projects within an assigned location; develop reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims; prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property; identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies; assess, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims; requires guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor.
