The goal is to maximize customer engagement and the success of the business by providing accurate data entry and document uploads.
Responsibilities
Guarantee that the work process accurately follows the guidelines.
Perform troubleshooting and strive to resolve issues.
Provide frequent, analytical service reports.
Adhere to client company rules and regulations.
Team up with colleagues and pass on valuable information.
Field Service Representative Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience within the oil & gas pipeline
Ability to easily acclimate to workload.
Data entry experience.
